A home brewer, Lindsey was among the first to graduate from the Brewing Science and Operations program at Auburn University. She is our operations manager and runs the lab.
Joe helped us perfect Hooligan. Prior to taking up brewing at Jekyll Brewing, Joe worked in a neuroscience lab.

We open our doors Thursday (5 – 8 p.m.), Friday (5 – 9 p.m.), Saturday (noon – 6 p.m.) and Sunday (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) to share our brewery, our beer and conversation with those who make our business possible by drinking our beer.
